Yes but is it helpful?

A helpful thought is one that makes you feel energized, hopeful and/or peaceful.

Therefore, a simple mental health management tool is to ask yourself whether a thought is helpful or not helpful, rather than right or wrong.

If the thought is not helpful, then declare it as  unhelpful, take a deep breath, and replace it with a thought that is helpful or an action that is helpful.
